Where We Ship

We currently ship Australia-wide only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery & Dispatch

  • All orders are shipped via Australia Post
  • We offer both Standard and Express shipping options at checkout
  • Orders are dispatched within 2 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s size, weight, and delivery address.
We do not offer free shipping at this time.

Express Shipping

Need it faster? Select Express Post at checkout for quicker delivery via Australia Post’s express network.

Local Pickup (Click & Collect)

Local pickup is available from our Dural store.
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.

Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You’ll receive your tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your parcel is marked as delivered by Australia Post, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If your parcel is not marked as delivered and is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or refund.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

CCTV & Surveillance

For the safety of our customers, staff, and merchandise, CCTV cameras operate throughout the store and premises. By entering, you consent to video monitoring for security and loss prevention purposes.

Bag Checks

We may conduct bag checks upon exit. This is a routine measure to help maintain a safe and fair retail environment.

Conduct

We’re a family-friendly space, and we ask all visitors to treat each other and our staff with respect. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the store.

Children

Children are welcome, but must be actively supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
We may offer an exchange or store credit if:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of purchase
  • It is unused and in original packaging
  • You provide a valid receipt

All exchanges are at staff discretion.

Food & Drink

To keep the store clean and safe, food and drink are not permitted in the retail space.
You may consume food and drink in our designated play zone or hire areas during booked events.

Photography & Video

We may take photos and videos during in-store events for promotional purposes (e.g. social media).
By entering the store or attending events, you consent to the use of your image by Pop Culture Essentials.
If you’d prefer not to be photographed, please speak to a staff member when you arrive.

Trade Nights & Community Events

We host regular trading card and pop culture events. All attendees are expected to:

  • Be respectful
  • Trade fairly
  • Follow event guidelines and staff directions

We reserve the right to remove any participant who does not follow the rules.

Refunds and Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so here’s how our return and refund process works.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, both in-store and online. Please choose carefully before making your purchase.

In-Store Purchases

We may offer an exchange or store credit if:

  • The item is returned within 7 days of purchase
  • It is unused, unopened, and in original condition
  • valid receipt is provided

Exchanges are offered at our discretion, and some items (e.g. trading cards, clearance items, and pre-owned stock) may be excluded.

Online Orders – Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us at [your store email] within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or incorrect item

We’ll assess the situation and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on the issue.

Faulty Items

If your product is faulty or not working as expected (outside of physical or accidental damage), please contact us. Where applicable, we’ll follow the process under Australian Consumer Law and may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • A refund

Proof of purchase is required, and in some cases, we may need to inspect the item or liaise with the manufacturer.

Trading Cards & Collectibles

Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on:

  • Opened products
  • Blind-box or mystery items
  • Singles and sealed TCG products

All sales are final on these items.
