PCE Birthday Party

We know how important it is to make your child’s birthday truly memorable. That’s why we host only one party at a time, giving your child and their friends our full attention in a safe, fun, and engaging environment.

What makes our parties unique is that you build the experience based on your child’s age and interests, choosing from a range of games and creative activities that keep everyone entertained and excited. Whether your child loves gaming, building, crafting, or card collecting, we’ll help you create a party that feels personal, energetic, and fun from start to finish.

Overview of format below, runs for around 2 hours with a AM & PM time slot to choose from on both Saturdays & Sundays. 

Spots are limited and will fill fast – book now and we will be in touch to design the perfect party experience. 

How it works

Main Activity 1 – Game Challenge (30–45 mins)

Start with some friendly competition!

Choose from one of the following:

  1. Super Mario Kart Tournament
  2. Supersmash Bros Tournament
  3. Fortnite Duos Tournament
  4. Wii-Fit Sports (Tennis, Bowling, Basketball)
  5. Just Dance Challenge
  6. Battleships or Chess Tournament
  7. Basketball Shootout 

Want to do something else or BYO computer or console - no problem just let us know

Food Break (15 mins) - Catered by Peter Mo's in Dural or BYO

You can bring your own food or let us take care of catering – whatever works best for your group. This is a quick break to recharge before the second round of fun.

Choose a lunchbox per child and can be either of the following:

  • PCE Lunch Box A: Sandwich, kids pastry, piece of fruit and apple juice box (or)
  • PCE Lunch Box B: 2 x housemade mini sausage rolls, 2 x housemade mini pies, kids pastry, piece of fruit and apple juice box.

If you book a catered party we will be in touch to take dietary requirements. On the next page select the catered option, this adds $13 for catering and is sourced locally from Peter Mo's in Dural.

Main Activity 2 – Creative Build & Take-Home (30–45 mins)

Each child gets to create something of their own and take it home as part of the experience.

Choose one of the following:

1. Model Kits: Pokémon (5–8 yrs), Transformers (5–8 yrs), Gundam (8–13 yrs)
2. Bracelet & Necklace Stikyrolls Kit
3. Brick Building Kits (Zuru LEGO-compatible – Retro, Flower Pot, Snack Series, etc.)
4. Learn to Play Pokémon or Disney Lorcana – Includes a real pack of cards for each child

Cake & Candles - BYO

Gather for cake and candles — a quick celebration moment before wrapping up

Bonus: Freeplay (Time Permitting)

Kids can enjoy a final basketball shootout (with a prize for the winner), or unwind with Nintendo Switch, Xbox, or classic board games in our PLAYZONE.

FAQs

Can I leave my child?

Yes you may leave your child or you are welcome to stay for the session, there working space for laptops and guest WIFI.

Who will host the session?

An experienced team member from PCE will run the session. We have educational experience and a passion for chess. Every team member at PCE holds an active WWC check, and Pop Culture Essentials adheres to strict WWC guidelines.

Is PCE "Working With Children Compliant"?

Yes Pop Culture Essentials is registered with the NSW Office of the Children’s Guardian and all team members are Working With Children certified.

What is minimum number

10 party goers is the minimum, if you are looking to do a custom event outside of this, please contact us.
